APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS
At our office, we understand that your time is important. For your convenience, patients are seen by appointment except in emergency situations. If for some reason you have made an appointment which you cannot keep, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the visit during our normal business week of Monday through Thursday. This courtesy allows us to make time available to other patients. A charge will be made to your account for broken appointments and/or repeated cancellations on the day of the appointment.
If you are a NEW PATIENT, please arrive at the office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. For your convenience you may download all the new patient forms and complete them ahead of time and bring them with you to your first appointment.
If you are a returning patient, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This extra time allows us to get you through the check in process and update any information that is needed.
EMERGENCIES
If you experience a dental emergency, call our office during normal business hours. We will make every effort to get you in same day to see the dentist as soon as possible. If the emergency happens after normal business hours, call our office and follow the prompts on our voicemail if you are an established patient with our practice. The dentist on call will call you back to instruct you on what to do until we can get you into the office for further examination or treatment.
PAYMENTS
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that gives you the best possible care. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Care Credit.

INSURANCE
If we have received all of your insurance information before the time of your appointment, we will be happy to file your claim for you. You must be familiar with your insurance benefits, as we will collect from you the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay. Please understand, that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We do not have a contract with your insurance company, only you do. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment. We at no time guarantee what your insurance will or will not do with each claim.
We welcome several dental insurance plans. If you are covered by dental insurance, please be sure to call the office prior to the day of your appointment so that we may verify your eligibility and benefits with your insurance carrier. There are many insurance companies and plans within an insurance company available to you, please understand that we may be a provider of a plan with an insurance company, but may not be a provider of a different plan with the same insurance company. The best way to find out if we are a provider for your plan is to call our office and we can assist you in finding out if our office is a provider with your particular plan.
